Getting hold of us

One address, read by a person. No ticket system, no chatbot.

Email

hello@asianjobs.creabeast.com

Include the listing URL if your message is about a specific role — it saves a round trip.

Things we can sort out

  • A listing that's wrong, filled, or shouldn't be here.If you're the school and the listing points at an address you can read mail at, it's faster to claim it and edit it yourself.
  • Posting a role. Sign in and write it. Email us if something in the form doesn't make sense.
  • Job alerts you can't stop.Every digest has a link that removes your address immediately — but if you can't find it, tell us the address and we'll delete it.
  • Data requests. hello@asianjobs.creabeast.com, and see privacy for what we actually hold.
  • Something on the site is broken. Tell us what you were doing and on what — genuinely useful, and quick to fix.

Things we can't

We advertise roles; we don't recruit for them. So there are a few things it's better to know we can't do than to wait on a reply about:

  • Chase an application.Applications go straight from you to the school. We never see them, so we can't tell you whether yours arrived or was read — the school is the only one who can.
  • Introduce you, or put in a word. We have no relationship with most of the schools on the board.
  • Advise on visas, contracts or tax. We write guides, and guides go out of date. For anything you would act on, ask the relevant embassy or a professional.
  • Intervene in a dispute with an employer. We're not a party to your contract. We will remove a listing if a school turns out to be acting badly, and we want to hear about it — but we can't arbitrate.

If something looks like a scam

Please tell us, with the listing URL and what happened. A legitimate school does not ask a candidate to pay for a job, a visa placement, or mandatory training as a condition of being hired. Reports like that are the most useful email we get, and they get acted on.
